பாரார்த்யம் ஸ்வம் ஸ்ருதி ஸதஸிரஸ்ஸித்த மத்யாபயந்தீ

ஸ்வோச்சிஷ்டாயாம் ஸ்ரஜி நிகளிதம் யா பலாத்க்ருத்ய புங்க்தே

கோதாதஸ்யை நம இதமிதம் பூய ஏவாஸ்துபூய:

Neelatungastanagiritadi supthamudhbhodhya krishnam

Paaraartham svam sruthisathasira: siddhamadhyaapayanthi

Svochishtaayaam sraji nigalitham yaa balaakruthya bhunkthe

Godha thasyai nama idhamidham bhooya yevaastu bhooya:

Meaning:

"May I offer my prayers to andaal(godha) only, who has awakened krishna sleeping on the sthana of neeladevi(nappinnai), and who has imparted her dependence on Him as established by the hundreads of texts of the crown of sruthivaakyam, and who forcefully make Him wear her garlands and enjoys."
